This 90 min yoga and massage session will begin with a 45min gentle/hatha style yoga practice aimed at calming the nervous system by bringing movement to the body through stretching, strengthening and breathe work.
The remaining 45 min will consist of a Registered Massage Therapy treatment which can be relaxation focused or a deeper tissue treatment.
You will leave this 90mins feeling a greater sense of ease in both the mind and body!
