Headaches
The term headache is a broad term that describes pain in any region of the head. There are over ten types of headaches with one of the most well known being migraines. If you suffer from headaches then your lifestyle, genetics, or environmental factors may be at play.
Arthritis
Arthritis is a painful condition that can affect your daily movements and functioning by causing swelling and tenderness in the joints of your body. Pushing a grandchild on a swing, baking, grip strength, sports, and a healthy active lifestyle can all be affected by arthritis. With age, pain and stiffness associated with arthritis get worse. Arthritis can be caused by different root health issues which means treatment for this condition should be tailored to your specific type of arthritis.
Upper Back Pain
Upper and/or middle back pain can be aggregated when you do activities that involve your upper back muscles. Others notice aching after a long day of sedentary work at their desk. Upper back pain can be due to overused muscles, poor posture, and other triggers making it very uncomfortable to complete everyday tasks. You may not notice your back pain until you engage in golf, tennis, or other leisure activities. Or you may be one of the unfortunate people who wake up in the morning to back pain.
Lower Back Pain
Your lumbar spine or lower back provides strength, flexibility, mobility, and support to your body. Lower back pain is so common that even children can experience it. Pain in this region of your lumbar can be dull and achy, sharp, movement restricting, or in some cases radiating pain and/or numbness down the legs. Lower back pain can be associated with heaving lifting or new activities but in some cases, the pain and dysfunction slowly build over time. .
Metabolic Syndrome
Most people don’t fret about their health, but as we age it is easy for conditions to sneak up that put you at risk for long-term disease or illness. Conditions like increased blood pressure, high blood sugar, excess abdominal weight, and abnormal cholesterol can all add up resulting in Metabolic Syndrome.
Postpartum Depression
Getting ready for the arrival of a new baby is exciting. You have spent weeks or months of anticipation dreaming about what life will be like once you can hold and snuggle your sweet baby. Unfortunately, postpartum depression isn’t always predictable and is out of your control. Maybe this is your first true episode of depression, your delivery didn’t go as anticipated, you may be having a hard time bonding to the baby, your romantic relationship goes through new challenges, and sometimes adding a new baby to a household with other children can be exhausting. You aren’t alone!
Hip Pain

Hip pain is a general term to describe pain in and around your hip joint. Age, excess weight, sports injuries, disease, and trauma are all contributing factors to hip pain.

Dizziness is a general term used to describe a cluster of symptoms that can be caused by several underlying health issues. It is common for a patient to feel dizzy without having a diagnosis of the root cause of the problem. Dizziness can impede your ability to participate in activities of daily living and can also leave you feeling vulnerable and anxious. Dizziness can also increase your risk of falling and injuring yourself.
