At Denise Semple & Associates we take your health and wellbeing seriously. We also want to ensure the safety of our registered therapists. That is why we have implemented safety precautions for our In-Clinic Appointments. Please review the changes on this page as they will outline the differences from our previous in clinic visits.

Safety First!

To aid with social distancing we have implemented the following protocols

  • Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time and park in a spot right in front of our clinic
  • Wait in your vehicle.
  • Your therapist will come to our clinic door to greet you.
  • If this is your first time at our clinic or the first time with this particular therapist, someone will come to the front of our clinic with your last name on a white board to indicate it is your time to step into our clinic
  • We are staggering appointments as much as possible to avoid contact with other patients.
  • We also may not have a receptionist at our front desk to minimise points of contact.

Inside our Clinic

  • When your therapist greets you, they will be wearing a protective mask and possibly face shield as well as gloves.
  • Please wear your mask into our clinic. If you do not have a mask one will be provide at the cost of $1.00 each to wear during your appointment.
  • Please use the hand sanitizer provided
  • Your therapist will review the Covid-19 Questionnaire that would have been emailed to you two days prior to your appointment.
  • Your therapists will take your temperature by using an infrared thermometer. We ask that you close your eyes for this quick, non-contact procedure.
  • You will then proceed to your treatment room.

03.

Payments

Due to COVID-19 we are trying to keep in mind precautions for social distancing. In saying this, we have decided to process payments through our secure online booking calendar system. To do this, we are asking for your credit card information to be uploaded to your personal client profile prior to the start of your appointment.
You can fill in this information by going to your patient profile or registering with our system under “My Account”. You should see a link to “Credit Card on File”. Press this. There should be an option to “Add Credit Card.” We will not be able to see your credit card information once it is saved in your profile, but our system will be able to process payment.

If you are not comfortable with this, please let us know by either calling 905.639.7113 or emailing info@dsanda.ca and we can discuss other options.

04.

Running late?

Please note, we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you end up running late please call us 905-639-7113 to let us know. If we can offer the full length of the treatment we will. If this is not possible, the full cost of the appointment will still be charged.
