At Denise Semple & Associates we take your health and wellbeing seriously. We also want to ensure the safety of our registered therapists. That is why we have implemented safety precautions for our In-Clinic Appointments. Please review the changes on this page as they will outline the differences from our previous in clinic visits.


Safety First!

To aid with physical distancing we have implemented the following protocols.

  • Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. Parking is provided in front of our clinic.
  • Doors are open so, come on in!
  • We have staggered appointments as much as possible to avoid contact with other patients


Inside our Clinic

  • Based on Ontario Ministry of Health guidance, regarding masking in Ontario on and after June 11th, 2022, masks are welcome within our clinic; they are  no longer mandatory.
  • Just as with the rest of our society, those within our clinic have varying opinions regarding masking.
  • The one thing we all agree upon is holding a client centered approach to care.
  • For this reason, if you prefer that your Therapist wears a mask, please let us/them know. We have all agreed to wear a mask if it makes our clients more comfortable.
  • We will continue our enhanced cleaning procedures
  • We will also continue to run our air purifiers which are located within each treatment room.

Payments can now be processed in any of the following ways.

  1. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Interac/Debit payments through our POS (Point of Sale/Tap) machine.
  2. For those who have or would like to have a credit card number stored online within their personal client profile, we are able to offer this service as well.

You can fill in this information by going to your patient profile or registering with our system under “My Account”. You should see a link to “Credit Card on File”. Press this. There should be an option to “Add Credit Card.” We will not be able to see your credit card information once it is saved in your profile, but our system will be able to process payment.

  • We also offer direct billing. Which means, if you have coverage, we may be able to bill your insurance company directly or bill on your behalf.

Running late?

Please note, we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you end up running late please call us 905-639-7113 to let us know. If we can offer the full length of the treatment we will. If this is not possible, the full cost of the appointment will still be charged.
