At Denise Semple & Associates we take your health and wellbeing seriously. We also want to ensure the safety of our registered therapists. That is why we have implemented safety precautions for our In-Clinic Appointments. Please review the changes on this page as they will outline the differences from our previous in clinic visits.

Safety First!

To aid with physical distancing we have implemented the following protocols.

  • Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. Parking is provided in front of our clinic.
  • Doors are open so, come on in!
  • We have staggered appointments as much as possible to avoid contact with other patients

Inside our Clinic

  • Based on Ontario Ministry of Health guidance, masks are to be worn within our clinic. Please put on your mask prior to entering our clinic.
  • Masks are to be worn by all within our clinic until April 27th or otherwise directed by Ontario’s Ministry of Health and/or our respective colleges
  • If you do not have a mask one will be provided at the cost of $1.00 each to wear during your appointment. This cost of the mask will added to your invoice
  • Please use the touch free hand sanitizer providedYour therapist will review the Covid-19
  • Questionnaire that would have been emailed to you two days prior to your appointment.
  • You will then proceed to your treatment room.

Payments

In June of 2020, while doing what we could to minimize touch surfaces, we transitioned to a virtual payment system. Payments are now processed through our secure online booking calendar system. To do this, we are asking for your credit card information to be uploaded to your personal client profile prior to the start of your appointment.

You can fill in this information by going to your patient profile or registering with our system under “My Account”. You should see a link to “Credit Card on File”. Press this. There should be an option to “Add Credit Card.” We will not be able to see your credit card information once it is saved in your profile, but our system will be able to process payment.

  • If you are not comfortable with this, please let us know by either calling 905-639-7113 or emailing info@dsanda.ca and we can discuss other options.
  • We also have direct billing options available. Please contact us prior to your appointment through 905-639-7113 or email info@dsanda.ca for details.

Running late?

Please note, we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you end up running late please call us 905-639-7113 to let us know. If we can offer the full length of the treatment we will. If this is not possible, the full cost of the appointment will still be charged.
