KIERA DILEONARDO

Kiera is a registered massage therapist, a recent graduate from the Ontario College of Health and Technology and a current student at the Canadian College of Osteopathy. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics with a minor in Neuroscience from the University of Guelph. Kiera aims to integrate her vast anatomy and physiology knowledge with her growing manual therapy techniques in order to best address her clients wellness goals.

Kiera is a big advocate for patients playing an active role in their recovery and employs critical thinking to determine the cause of injury or dysfunction in order to provide long-term relief. She believes patient education is a large factor in injury management and prevention. She believes movement is a key component to health and wellness, and strives to live a healthy, active lifestyle.
