We offer both individual and group exercise programs for you to choose from. For those who want the one-on-one focus of a dedicated registered Personal Trainer, we offer private sessions. If you prefer a social group setting we offer Yoga & Pilates classes that are easy to join on a single class or multiple pass basis. We also offer Zoom Yoga classes for those who prefer to wind-down in the comfort of their own home.

Pilates

The focus of pilates is to improve posture to create a strong and balanced core. Pilates take you through a series of exercises in which you are present in your body and focused on breathing techniques. It can help to repair physical imbalances and strengthen areas of weakness.

Pilates is great for those with joint issues because it’s low impact while focusing on strength and endurance movements. Paula offers classes that incorporate both reformer machines and floor work. Pilates is adaptable starting with essential movements for beginners and then building on your foundation to add more challenging movements.

Yoga

Yoga is great for both your mind and body. Incorporating Yoga into your lifestyle will enhance your health, increase strength and flexibility, and help you to manage stress, anxiety, and depression. Improve your energy and vitality by purchasing a DSANDA single class or a multi-class pass. We offer Yoga in our relaxing studio space or via Zoom from the comfort of your own home.

Gentle Movement Yoga Class

This class is aimed at calming the nervous system and acts as a great wind-down to a stressful day. This slower-paced, gentle class links breathing to gentle movement and is perfect for anyone new to yoga.

Hatha/Slow Flow

This faster-paced class uses breathing to guide you through various poses and continuous movement. Although a little more challenging this class can still be modified for beginners. Hatha/Slow Flow combines traditional Hatha poses as well as optional slow flows providing a great opportunity to stretch and strengthen your muscles while calming your nervous system.
