Class Description:

GENTLE MOVEMENT:
This class is aimed at calming the nervous system and will act as a great evening wind down. We will be linking our breath to gentle movement and is perfect for anyone who is new to the practice or is looking for a slower paced, gentle class.

Zoom classes will be offered on Tuesday and Sunday evenings beginning at 7:00pm.

HATHA/SLOW FLOW:
In this class we will be using our breath to guide us through various poses and continuous movement. This is a faster paced class than the Gentle class but still taken at a slower pace for anyone to follow along! This class will combine traditional Hatha poses as well as optional slow flows providing a great opportunity to both stretch and strengthen our muscles while calming the nervous system.

Zoom classes will be offered on Saturday mornings beginning at 10:00am.

Melissa is offering these classes at a rate of pay what you can in order to help as many people as possible through this season of life.

We are open for Emergency In Clinic Physiotherapy Care for those who:

a) not receiving physiotherapy treatment would put your safety at risk, or
b) there is potential for you to experience significant harm, adverse outcomes or suffering.
