Yoga combines physical postures with breath-work to help increase overall body awareness, strength, rest, and balance. Each pose is held for several breaths and is taught with many modifications and variations to create the best practice for you. It can be practiced at any age and is beneficial for all physical backgrounds. It is an excellent exercise to help fight stress, maintain better posture and create healthy habits for a more balanced body.

Some health benefits to yoga include, but are not limited to:

  • improved digestion
  • increased muscular composition and bone density
  • improved mobility of joints and ligaments

Group

These 1 hour pre-structured classes are suitable for all levels of students (beginner to advanced) are designed to be an over-all balanced class including rest, strength building postures and sequences and stretching. Modifications and variations for postures are incorporated and they are taught hatha-style, several breaths per pose. Maximum 8 people in a class.

Mondays: 7:30-8:30

Fridays: 7:30-8:30

3 Class pass $60
6 Class pass $112

All passes are to be used within a 3 month period.

Semi-Private

These 1 hour classes are designed for a small group who usually book together, such as friends or family members. Each class is personalized for them.

2-4 people per class.

$35 per person including tax.

These are 1 hour, one-on-one classes, completely personalized for the student’s individual needs and goals.

$75 per class
