Kathy has been recognized & respected by her clients and peers as a skilled empathetic problem solver since she graduated in 1984 from the University of Manitoba. She is a Registered Physiotherapist with advanced standing through the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario as a rostered Pelvic Health Physiotherapist.

Her interest in pelvic health came after childbirth, a diastasis recti, surgery and a number of trauma’s which led to incontinence, painful sex, fibromyalgia, a cystocele, rectocele, chronic pelvic & low back pain. After the living proof of how effective pelvic health physiotherapy is, she wants to share her experience to help any who has pelvic pain or dysfunction.
Kathy believes in a holistic total body approach to rehabilitation can be essential. She’s a lifelong learner including advanced pelvic health, musculoskeletal, orthopedic, acupuncture, neurological, cranials sacral therapy, integrative manual therapy, bobath, Neurodevelopmental, motor learning, pain science, geriatric, lymphatic drainage, osteopathy’s visceral, neural and vascular system because of body’s integrated unit that affects pelvic health.

She will provide detailed assessments & treatments that incorporate individualized manual therapy, education to understand the nature of the condition, empowered self mobilizations and home exercise programs to achieve regaining function, movement and balance.
