Pre and Postnatal Yoga classes provide an opportunity for first-time and veteran moms to mindfully and safely connect to their body and breath. Through postural exercises, sequences that bring some heat to the body, and plenty of time to rest, mothers are given an experience that will help them take care of their bodies. Classes focus on strengthening supportive muscles, proper support and function of the pelvic floor, and sequences that inspire relaxation and ease with any discomforts.
The classes are great for all trimesters and any time passed postpartum. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
