Nadia is an advanced manual Physiotherapist and has been practising for over 25 years since graduating from McGill University in 1991. Nadia has worked in both multidisciplinary environments (hospital and rehabilitation centres) as well as in private practice. Currently Nadia specialise in safe and effective hands-on manual therapy techniques, which are gentle and successful in treating headaches, neck, back and pelvic pain. These techniques are also effective in treating orthopaedic conditions, sports injuries and post-operative conditions. Nadia provides treatment for both simple cases, as well as more complex hard to treat cases, in people of all ages and abilities.
Nadia is a Certified Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapist, and has practiced this form of therapy since 2005. People with vestibular disorders can experience problems with vertigo, dizziness, visual disturbances and/or imbalance. Vestibular Rehabilitation is a proven therapy effective in improving symptoms related to many vestibular (inner ear/balance centre) disorders, such as BPPV, vestibular neuritis or labyrinthitis.
