Yoga combines physical postures with breath-work to help increase overall body awareness, strength, rest, and balance. Each pose is held for several breaths and is taught with many modifications and variations to create the best practice for you. Yoga is safe for any age and is beneficial for all physical backgrounds. It is an excellent exercise to help fight stress,maintain better posture and create healthy habits for a more balanced body.
